Pain release therapy

Loheland® massage was developed as part of the holistic Loheland gymnastics training in Künzell, Germany. Here human movement has been researched for almost 100 years. Based on well-founded anatomical and physiological findings, Loheland® massage is based on classical muscle massages. The extension to holistic treatment has evolved from the knowledge that all "body work" also influences the mind and emotions.

 Loheland® massage is performed rhythmically and dynamically and is either relaxing or invigorating – depending on how it is applied.

Muscle tensions are eased and restricted joint mobility can be remedied. The pain-free treatment is given while the client is lying down.
